About The Role
We're seeking a senior engineer to help architect and implement our core protocol and SDKs. You will report directly to Proximum's co-founder.
The Challenge
You'll work on cutting-edge problems at the intersection of physics, cryptography and distributed systems:
- Design and implement location proofs and protocol economics in Rust on Solana
- Improve protocol performance despite highly adversarial environments
- Implement zero-knowledge proofs of state estimation
- Create cross-platform SDKs to run on everything from phones to satellites
Required Experience
- Demonstrated Rust expertise
- 5+ years shipping complex software
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Desired Skills
- Public onchain contracts deployed to Solana and EVMs
- Building zero-knowledge proofs and using modern cryptographic primitives
- Writing state estimation algorithms (e.g. Kalman filters or particle filters)
- Designing and implementing cryptoeconomic systems
